Warranty
The Oxygen Store want to make sure that you are entirely happy with your purchase from us, occasionally you may need to return your purchase for a repair under the Manufacturers warranty.
We will work with you and the Manufacturer to ensure that this is as painless as possible.
If you think that there is a fault on any equipment you have purchased from The Oxygen Store, in the first instance please give us a call, we will talk you through the fault, and may be able to avoid return to the Manufacturer, the Manufacturer may impose a charge where an item is returned to them and no fault is found.
Please note that our warranty obligation is only to the original purchaser of the equipment.
Most Manufacturers place a different warranty period on different components, eg parts and accessories may only be covered for 12 months, whilst the main item may be covered for 36 months. You can check the specific Manufacturers warranty cover below.
Should the item need to be returned, subject to the timescale, most Manufacturers offer a return to base warranty (RTB) , this means in the event of a breakdown under the Manufacturers warranty, the Customer is responsible for shipping costs to the Manufacturer.
The Oxygen Store will obtain a RMA number from the Manufacturer, and call them to ensure that they are expecting your machine, we are also able to provide a replacement Oxygen Concentrator whilst yours is away for repair if required.

Warranty Repair Terms and Conditions
Units will only be repaired under warranty where returned strictly within the warranty period.
Our warranty obligation is only to the original purchaser of the equipment.
The warranty covers the initial purchaser of the machine only, we cannot accept warranty repairs from third parties, even if the machine is still within the warranty period.
At our discretion we may transfer the warranty to a new owner, we can quote a price for a warranty transfer if required.
You will be required to pay the shipping cost to us, we will pay the return shipping back to you provided that the unit is repaired under warranty.
Faulty units will be repaired free of charge under the warranty.
Any units damaged due to customer abuse, damage or attempted repair by any unauthorised persons will have the warranty voided.
In this instance you will be contacted prior to inspection of the unit and asked if you would like to proceed with inspection for an out of warranty repair at an inspection cost of £85 plus return shipping cost.
You will have a quote submitted detailing the work required and estimated final cost and we will require approval prior to proceeding with the repair.
We will not repair any infested units. You will be asked whether you want the infested unit scrapped or returned in its current state and an inspection fee will be charged – £85 plus return shipping cost.
An inspection fee will be charged if the unit is tested and no fault is found. The inspection fee cost is £85 plus return shipping cost.
Where the Purchaser is not Resident within the UK, should any VAT, Import charges or clearance duties be incurred, these are the responsibility of the Customer and the machine will not be returned until any outstanding fees are paid in full.
Non Warranty Repair Terms and Conditions
If the unit is outside of its warranty period you will be liable for all shipping costs both to us and the return to yourself.
The inspection fee cost is £85.
Bar O2 will not ask you to authorise any repair up to £100. These repairs will be carried out automatically.
Repairs above £100 will have a quote submitted detailing the work required and estimated final cost and require approval prior to proceeding with the repair.
We will not repair any infested units. You will be asked whether you want the infested unit scrapped or returned in its current state and an inspection fee will be charged – £85
All quotes are valid for 7 days.
If you choose not to have the unit repaired an inspection fee will be charged and the unit will be sent back to you or scrapped. The inspection fee cost is £85
