Warranty Information

This machine includes:

3 months warranty on the machine
1 month warranty on accessories, including the battery and sieve beds

All warranty claims must be returned to The Oxygen Store for inspection and repair at the customer’s expense.

Any “no fault found” inspections will incur a charge of £56.00.

The Oxygen Store can arrange collection and return shipping from your home for £35.00 + VAT. The customer is responsible for ensuring the unit is packaged safely and securely for transport.
