Devilbiss has updated the filter door on the Devilbiss 525 and 1025 with new technology which means that the air filter will not be required for units with this new door (as of October 2020)
You should wash your air filter and connector at least once a week.
How to clean your Devilbiss Air Filter:
- Remove the air filter located at the back of the machine and if used, the outlet connector.
- Wash the filter in a warm water and soap solution.
- Rinse thoroughly and towel dry.
- Ensure that the filter is completely dry before reinstalling.
This filter should be changed twice a year or when required.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPERATE THE UNIT WITHOUT THE AIR FILTER/ IF THE AIR FILTER IS STILL DAMP.
